Refund Policy

Kwitly Pro is a $5/month subscription, billed automatically each month via Paddle.com, our payment provider and merchant of record.

Free trial first

You don't need to pay to try Kwitly. The free plan lets you scan and organize unlimited receipts, and includes 2 free PDF or email reports — enough to see if Kwitly fits your workflow before you ever enter payment details.

In short: your first charge is refundable within 14 days, no questions asked. After that, subscriptions aren't prorated or refunded for partial months, but you can cancel any time to stop future billing.

If you upgrade to Pro and it's not for you, contact us within 14 days of your first charge and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.

Subsequent months

After the initial 14-day window, monthly charges are non-refundable. Since Kwitly Pro is billed monthly with no long-term commitment, you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals — you'll keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you already paid for.

How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings tab in the app ("Manage subscription"), which opens your Paddle customer portal. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund the current period.

Billing issues

If you were charged in error, charged twice, or believe there's a billing mistake, contact us and we'll look into it and issue a refund if appropriate.

How refunds are processed

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, acting as merchant of record. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days.
